The U.S. Army Pacific Command is planning to build a multiphased, multimillion-dollar command and control complex at Fort Shafter.
The Army Corps of Engineers has issued a solicitation notice to contractors interested in bidding on the first phase of the project. A request for proposal is expected to be issued within a month, with the value of the contract estimated at $25 million to $100 million.
